Hosting and technical access data
This website is served through Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you load a page, Cloudflare processes connection and access data needed to deliver and protect the service, including IP address, requested URL, time, and browser and device information. The legal basis for website delivery and security is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This website does not maintain its own visitor database or use audience analytics.
Processing outside the EU
Cloudflare operates an international network. Data may be processed outside the EU or EEA. Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data processing addendum describe the available transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. No claim is made that all processing takes place in Austria or the EU.
No trackers or cookies
This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and media are served by the same host. There are no embedded videos, maps, social media widgets or external script CDNs.
Language and browser storage
On entry, the site selects a supported browser language. If none is supported, Cloudflare’s approximate country information may be used as a fallback, followed by English. No GPS permission is requested and no location profile is created. A language you choose is stored as foundry-language in your browser’s localStorage so that it remains your preference on later visits. You can change it using the language switch or clear it through your browser settings. The foundry-visited sessionStorage entry only remembers whether the short opening animation has played during this session. It expires with the session. These entries support the site’s immediate presentation and your language choice, not advertising identification.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact me, I process the information you provide to reply and, where relevant, prepare a project. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for responding to other enquiries. The contact line on this website does not submit anything to a server. It only prepares a message in your own email application. There is no contact form backend.
Retention
Contact details and correspondence are processed only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting project. Statutory retention requirements and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may require longer retention. Technical hosting data is subject to Cloudflare’s processing and security procedures; this website adds no separate permanent access log.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent can be withdrawn for the future. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde. Information and contact details are available at dsb.gv.at.
